Service and food was fantastic. Everything was fresh and tons of flavor. Chips and salsa were homemade. The enchiladas is the picture were some of the BEST in Houston, I’ve had. This place really does deserve more love.
We went after seeing someone sharing that they had gone and enjoyed it. We thoroughly loved it. Dont be fooled by their salsa, it does have a spice! The chochinita tacos were outstanding. My son enjoyed his plate of carnitas. My bf said his gordita was 'pretty good' and a larger than average size.
Tried this out for 1st time. Will definitely be back for albondigas soup! It was so flavorful and perfectly seasoned. Also had the grilled beef platter for 2. Beautiful presentation and very tasty! Their sauce they bring out with chips. Fire roasted tomatillos...perfect heat and flavor. This was very affordable and delicious!
This place is amazing, the horchata so delicious, that’s my favorite drink. The serving size for every meal that I have gotten there is huge. The food has such a delicious flavor, I love it. From the tacos with ham with the flour tortilla to the pollo empanizado to the asado de puerco, cant forget about the huge pancakes, omg everything is so delicious !!!!!!! I recommend people to go try this restaurant out, 10/10 !!!!!!!!!!
Been living here my whole life I’ve been upset that agave shut down. But today was the very best decision I made to stop and eat lunch here with my husband! 10/10 everything was amazing! Very authentic no cutting corners here. Yumm definitely coming back. Pls go visit.
